The headquarters of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is housed in the historic landmark Harold Pratt Mansion and state-of-the-art Peterson Conference Center. This combined space is used for several hundred meetings a year.
The Associate Director, Building Maintenance will report to the Deputy Director, Building Operations and Engineering. The position will be responsible for managing daily maintenance and repair of all building systems and equipment, as well as for managing the maintenance of the facilities overall appearance. This will include hands on maintenance and repair work on HVAC, boiler, heating, refrigeration, water, and energy systems, etc., managing vendor relations and preparing RFP’s and bid analysis and recommendations.
Pay Range
$90,000 to $115,000 per year
Pay commensurate with experience and education
