Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director, Talent and Compensation position will oversee all aspects of talent for CFR, understanding the organization’s complexities and nuanced roles, requiring experience with several markets. This role will focus on organizational talent strategy and the processes and infrastructure to attract and retain top talent at all levels. The Director must have a blend of strong operational and creative problem-solving abilities. This role will be a crucial link in connecting strategic HR initiatives with the broader organizational goals of the CFR leadership team.
The Director, Talent and Compensation will manage a team of six talent professionals who are responsible for full-cycle recruitment and talent management. As CFR undergoes organizational changes, the Director will be responsible for rebuilding and developing the talent team through various methods. In addition, the Director will evaluate all current talent processes and systems for enhancements.
Another crucial part of the role of Director, Talent and Compensation will be to work closely with the CHRO and Director, Total Rewards on compensation management. The Director, Talent and Compensation will play a key role in managing a title and compensation study and supporting the rollout of a new structure in 2025. The Director will be to key point of contact for compensation data and will be crucial in compensation analysis and building that capability within CFR. The Director, Talent and Compensation will work collaboratively with the Director, Total Rewards for budgeting compensation increases and carrying out end of year raise processes.
