The headquarters of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is housed in the historic landmark Harold Pratt Mansion and state-of-the-art Peterson Conference Center. This combined space is used for several hundred meetings a year.
The Supervisor, Building Maintenance will report to the Deputy Director, Building Operations and Engineering. The position will be responsible for managing daily maintenance and repair of all building systems and equipment, as well as for managing the maintenance of the facilities' overall appearance. This will include hands on maintenance and repair work on HVAC, boiler, heating, refrigeration, water, and energy systems, etc., managing vendor relations and preparing RFP’s and bid analysis and recommendations.
This is a full-time position, and the hours of this position are Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. However, this position is considered essential personnel, and will be expected to work flexible hours upon request, including some holidays and in the event of inclement weather.

Compensation and Benefits
The full-time annual compensation range for this position is $90,000 – $115,000 depending on experience.
