CFR’s Executive Office is seeking an Operations Assistant. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Operations, the Operations Assistant will closely assist with tasks and projects related to the operational and administrative functioning of the Executive Office, with particular attention to the direct responsibilities of the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer (EVP/CAO). The Operations Assistant liaises with units and teams across CFR and provides logistic support for various leadership meetings, ongoing initiatives, and provides administrative support to the EVP/CAO. As part of the Executive Office, this role will be working closely with other Executive Office support staff and is responsible for back-up support to the President’s Executive Assistant and Special Assistant. This position requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality. This is an exciting opportunity for an administrative professional interested in contributing to CFR’s mission while gaining experience into high-level operations and leadership support.
As the executive role has a key presence in the office, this position will work full-time onsite in CFR’s New York office.
